By downloading, installing, or using the Invoice Generator mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database and is not transmitted to external servers.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

Invoice Generator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or business data to external servers. We have no access to your information. All information you enter into the App, including:

• Company information and settings
• Client contact details
• Product and service catalogs
• Invoice and quotation data
• Tax configuration
• Revenue and financial information
• Any other user-generated content

is stored exclusively on your local device using SQLite database. Your business data remains completely private and under your control.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data using the App's export functionality or your device's backup systems
• Using the App in accordance with these Terms
• Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and business regulations
• Verifying the accuracy of all invoices and financial calculations
• Complying with tax laws and business regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Business and Financial Disclaimer

Important: Invoice Generator is a business tool for creating invoices and managing client data. It should not be considered as professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should:

• Consult with a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax compliance
• Verify all calculations and tax rates before sending invoices
• Ensure compliance with local business and tax regulations
• Maintain appropriate business records as required by law
• Review all generated documents for accuracy before use

The developers of Invoice Generator are not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, legal issues, or business complications that may result from using the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Invoice Generator app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the App's name or branding without permission

You retain full ownership of all business data, invoices, and content you create using the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

You may stop using Invoice Generator at any time by deleting the App from your device. These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Since the App operates entirely locally, termination simply involves removing the App and its data from your device.

10. Data Portability and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your business data
• Deleting the App will remove all associated data from your device
• You can export your data using the App's built-in export functionality (JSON format)
• You can back up your data using your device's standard backup features
• No data deletion requests to external servers are necessary
• You can import previously exported data to restore your information

11. Third-Party Services

Invoice Generator may integrate with your device's built-in features (such as PDF generation, file sharing, calendar integration, or print services) but does not connect to external third-party services or send data to remote servers. The App uses only local device capabilities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document
• Notify users through App updates or app store notifications
• Make the revised Terms available within the App

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
